I think you can download a file to replace your save file that will unlock everything. May get you banned I really don't know. I'd enjoy unlocking everything againn legitimately I love RoR.

http://pastebin.com/GFfQ82Py - Replace this text with all the current information in your save.ini file.

You can't get banned for this.

Edit: Save.ini file is located in your "steam\steamapps\common\Risk of Rain" Folder

I wasn't sure if getting banned was possible for changing the Save file. I thought it would be best to mention it I would feel terrible if I had caused someone to get banned.

I think Risk of Rain has a certain degree of replay value anyway. :)

When you installed Steam to your computer. It will have created a file. an easier way to find the folder if you're struggling is to go to your Steam game library. Right click Risk of Rain, Click the "local files" tab, select "browse local files" and you are into the Risk of Rain folder that BloxedL2D mentioned. There you can change your Save.ini file.
