Changing language audio?

Hi! I'd like to play the game in French (both audio and subs). However, even though the product description says that both is available, my audio remains English. I've already changed the primiary language of Steam as well as the language of the game to French. Where is my hick-up in this?

i dont see how chanhge it... so i changed the name of english pck avec le francais in F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Saboteur\Sound
