Issues with the game.

So, I seem to suffer from frequent fps drops as well as weird graphical bug, where there are streaks of different lighting all over character. Anyone knows how to fix it, perhaps? I did lock the game to 60fps, I did try installing the patches from PCGamingWiki, I did try turning off, shadows, post processing, I did try changing resolution. So far, nothing helped.

"When you run the game it'll pop to run saboteur or video setup. Run video setup and make sure you set the FPS to 60 and then pick the resolution you want (1920 x 1080 is what I used). (The Game can only handle 60 fps or it'll crash)"
This is from another player answering the same issue on an earlier thread - I followed it and have had no issues except it does crash on the 'exit to windows' option - I just use the task manager to get out.
