Tis a shame about the lack of achievements, but personally I don't care for cloud saves as for me they tend to cause more trouble than anything else.
I don't know why EA abstained from using Steam integration properly but maybe they'll remedy it in a later patch.
This is why i only used Xbox controllers since 2007 on PC as they are the most supported.
Xbox 360 / XOne /Series X controllers have native support in Windows and don't need any driver at all.
In fact you can even upgrade firmware in Series X controller with official app in Windows instead of using Series console.
I used Xbox Series X controller on PC last 2 years and it works perfect in "The Saboteur" too.
People are forgetting this, or don't know it.
When "The Saboteur" released on PC 15 years ago (Year 2009), Xbox 360 were the only console controller that worked in PC Games.
If you want compatibility with any PC game made last 17 years, use Xbox.
No it doesnt. Only xbox. ps5 controller doesnt work even with ds4. I know sony is not microsoft, but its bs lol. Ps controllers are simply more advanced and better. FF 15 also somehow has the same issue. I cannot use a ps5 controller with it at all
I'm using a controller and it works fine, gives me all the proper prompts. It's not a Microsoft/Xbox controller. I didn't try a Sony controller. I didn't say all controllers worked, but some do.
Also. Sony sucks hard when it comes to drivers. They are so clueless that they still don't have any as of 2024.
WTH are they doing at Sony when their controllers needs homemade hacks?
Sony can't even get their shop right as people lost a lot of their purchases there since 2023, and Sony pretend it didn't happen like they always to.
And you can disable cloud saves if you want to, but they're a must have for people like me who move a lot.
Thankfully Steam and some games on it have full Dualshock support, I hope it's only going to improve in the future.
Also, why doesn't Steam version of The Saboteur have patches from GOG/Origin? I had to go to PCGamingWiki to get them so that my game could work properly.
