BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY! The game is locked at 60hz
Title, You cannot run the game at anything higher than a refresh rate of 60hz or it resets the resolution to the default. (800x600)

Framerate is also tied to certain in game destruction mechanics so if you have higher framerate than 60fps certain things will break.

i'll add something to that: Before buying any old game (or any game even) check the PCGamingWiki ( www.pcgamingwiki.com ) for eventual bugs or oddities the game could have, that wiki saved me a lot of headaches and trouble.

this is incorrect. The frame rate can be unlocked. Have you checked the games pcgamingwiki page?
