Graphics settings don't work

hey, i have a problem. I tried to switch fps to 60 (actually the launcher only offers 120, I had to go into the config) but it's working only windowed. otherwise it complains about an error in initializing the graphics hardware. maybe any solutions?

win10, i5 11 gen, nvidia 3050 TI if it matters

How can I launch it in windowed mode? I can't find it in the config tool & I have put this in the config.ini :

Shadows 1
RefreshRate 60
PostProcessing 1

The config tool when launching the game allow me to set the refresh rate at 120 or 240fps only & changing to 60 in the config.ini seems to have 0 consequences

Everytime I launch the game I have the error :

"the saboteur is unable to continue due to an error initializing your graphics hardware"

Even when I put the desktop to 60FPS or making the .exe of the game at 60FPS Max in the Nvidia Config Panel it doesn't change anything :/

I have found a post on reddit about it :

"The only way that game works right now (GoG version) for me (tested last 2 years about 5 times) is only method

1- go to my document>Mygames>The Saboteur > Save game > Congif.txt

2- find the refresh rate and make it 60 (doesn't matter for me, i left even 120 which is native, the game was capped on 60 anyways)

3- find vysinc and change it to 0

4-write this line under the vysinc line "" Windowed 1 "" without the quotes (the very most IMPORTANT PART!!!!!)

5- File>Save ... File>Exit

6- Run Game it should work

As i wrote down bellow, this game is still nono for me to play even with this method, it's pretty annoying. The weirdest part is that GoG version worked for me flawlessly about 3 years ago (with the very same RIG i am using now), but unfortunately after that nope.... (dunno if GoG dudes did something with game improvements, or some new drivers caused this meh.... Shame, that game is amazing, finished it for 3 times, always enjoyed so much, but nowadays to play it is kinda pain in aZZ) ...."
