Having a problem with Uploading files?

Dev, I got your response but that is not working see because when I get on the roof I can see the animals.mp3 file on my system but once I connect to the other system the upload section of the file browser is now set to the connected computer where there is no file to upload, just the cc file and the spotify file.

Your explanation did not work, I tried a couple of ways to upload the file but that file is just not available once I connect to the other system. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but the games also gives an optional step but no way to get to the optional step: Go to this place and copy a file but when you leave out the apartment door it takes you straight to the roof.
