How to start the Black Hat Ending Gig

Once I finished the Main Gig Serpent's End, Black Hat Ending is appeared and available. But I cannot start it because I cannot find any details in ending_black_hat.txt file

Identify any connection between "Victor Rodger" and other idividuals with Syndicate1 and distrupt their past drug exchange operation by uploading a Ransomware malware.

The above words is the content of the ending_black_hat.txt file

And the only one hint of this Covert Gig Black Hat Ending is "Read the file ending_black_hat.txt"

Now, I have finished the Main Gig Tesla Mayhem, the “Underground Web” only left the Black Hat Ending in Covert Gig part. Here is no other gigs I can do more.

Is this a bug or not?

Needs someone help me to fix it.....

BTW: I also tried to search the guide video about this Black Hat Ending gig.

Yes, there are other covert gigs that you might have missed.
