Exec Expose: James Patricks?

I have completed every achievement except for this Exec Expose one.
I search James Patricks in the archive, it mentions an incident involving the island and that's it. Send that file to lapd.gov or dea.gov - nothing.
You can't harvest any other information about him. You harvest Pearce_&_Pearce and it just tells you he's the CEO...
I've gone all the way back to the first mention of Pearce & Pearce as a company with the Jessica Davis case, I've gone through it several times which just leads to the charges on Frank Campbell.
I did the optional case with Patrick Bateman, even went through his files where he mentioned a smith_ceo in 'pearcelog.txt'. That lead me to Oliver Smith (not sure if that's right). Went deeper, found multiple mentions about that MX-10 Antenna from Robert_Wilson and James_Thomas, you can't intercept any data from the host and IP you get -- another dead end.
I have been on this one damn achievement for too long! Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue as the OP and I believe he's already done that based on his first sentence in the spoiler. The issue is finding the actual document to send. I've tried the James Patricks doc from the archive but that did nothing. I'm stuck at this point.

I tried sending in the James Patricks archive file but that wasn't it. I'm at the same place as the OP. What do I do with The_Missing_100 prompt? It doesn't work in harvester or the archive?

As I remember, there should be a file in the archive if you search, then download that file and send it to lapd.gov
