Can sombeody help me?

For a beginner, this game can be quite difficult and not every quest guide is a help at all. This can be fun but I'm stuck for a while now and it starts to annoy me. Can someone help me with the Elan Mask quest?

I already had accsess to the Telsa Mail Account and Elan's, I ran nmap on the IP i was able to get from his mail but I can't find the cookie value the quest is asking for and I'm not able to hack into the IP, it just says it's closed and even with the exploid I can't get in.
Please, what am I missing?

From elan mask email, search his emails for a cookie value, then use connect command.

I'm a total noob in that field and maybe I'm embarrassing myself but I don't know that a cookie value could look like. I was able to find this and tried a lot of combinations with the connect command but nothing worked:

You need to inject the MAC id into NetStorm, then upload the injected NetStorm into the server after you do nmap, once done, go back to the monitor and you can now elevate Jeremy to an Admin.

i was able to do it but progress on the right didn't turn green and computer still write in red need privilege 2 etc ... that is confusing about knowing if things are done correctly and "accepted" by the game :)

im stuck i dont find the TEMP on the file thewhs.gov/download/Archives_00.zip?Content-Disposition=TEMP&Language=TEMP&X-Requested=TEMP&If-None-Match=W/"TEMP"

Stuck on the same mission, tried nmap and it said that Kerberos_Authentication 1.1.0 would work, however every time I try it says "no backdoor found" so I can't move forward.

His server is closed, you can't access it with nmap.

You need first to send a message to RD, then obtain their login and then send another message to elan mask, make sure you select the suitable subjects for both.

I tried that, copied everything after the underscore and still tells me it can't find an IP. Followed all other steps perfectly fine too. So now I'm lost, and stuck.
