Adding a music mod pack to the game

I'm quite interested in adding a personal music mod pack to the game as would prefer my own style of music for game play, would it be possible to do, would I get banned if using my own music mod pack, would it go into the jukebox area and how to do it guide would be nice as have made in the past personal modded music packs for mario kart wii in the past - Not looking to mod anything else in the game just the music - any help would be apricated as have found some info on modding but is not very helpful. Many thanks in advance.

music mods exist and you can play online with them just fine, i'd like to mod my own music in but i have no idea how

since this server is super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cluttered and the tutorial is annoying to locate it's under "resources"

The only guide I could find in there says they don't have anything for music
