Basically, with a gun with high manoeuvrability (MP7?) you'll be able to get closer to the wall without needing to tilt your gun. A low manoeuvrability (MK17) will restrain your ability to keep your gun straight.
I must say that I'm not really sure.
Those stats lack of explanation about what they mean.
Plus, for example, pistols fire rate are quite the same for all. But in reality, they are not that closer to each other.
So I think they are compared to ither weapons ROF (logic though).
Pistols will always got a better ROF than a shotgun.
