Well, you can do it honestly by using one plan from the beginning, or you can hack the .xml files like a chump.

What do you mean by " one plan from the beginning ?

You draw a plan (paths, door breaches, etc.) while still in planning mode and after you finish it, you press space and watch your plan work/fail (you can't change it after planning phase).

That you make one plan for the entire mission during the first planning screen and then don't change it during the mission.

but then you are not able to synchronize actions of the different troopers?

Yes I am... Stop and go for me means pausing then planning slightly, pausing then planning slightly.

ahh ok, haven´t thought of that possibility. seams to be an option for the campaign. i have only played the missions yet...
