How to link following soldiers to those with shields?

Can't figure out and drawing a plan with all the paths in sync is awful.

Yeah that´s a big flaw for people that use sheild units in this game, it´s very hard to sync sheild units with other classes. You have to do it manually (pause the other units for a sec if they are getting too far ahead) Im hoping this is fairly high on devs' the list of things to impoment into the game.

Ok, thanks for the reply.
Since I don't use the tactical pause (I'd like to do a complete plan then see what happens) I'd have to don't use them at all :(

There is probably a combination of equipment that you can set your sheild and assault/breacher/stealth guys with so that they move at the same speed if you want to take the time to try and figure that combo out. I doubt you can make a pointman and a sheild move at the same speed though without defeating the whole purpouse of the pointman wich is speed.

Nice idea but manage 2 path too close (as have to be if one have to follow the shield) is impossible...
