Hi,
as @EvilWolf already replied to you, these are go codes.
You can use them for synchronize the movements of your soldiers.
For example, room with 2 doors. Soldier 1 at the first door, flashbang action on the door, go code A. Soldier 2 at the second door, go code A on the "kick door" action.
Then, you press A and both soldiers execute the planned actions.
Just remember that when you activate a go code, all the same go codes are activated too. "A" for example, activate all the "A".
Go codes can be reused.
For example: all soldiers have an "A" go code, they execute it, then they have a "B" go code. After this, they can have a "C" go code or even a new "A" go code.
