Tips for being quick and efficient?
Really digging the game, one point being I'm glad I'm not just unlocking 'the best' gear and just using that, really need to think about the right gear for each mission, a game balance issue I was worried about.

Anywho, just wondering if I had things right in terms of being as quick as possible in missions, especially when doing dope raids/stopping the evidence from being destroyed.

As I understand it, mobility is basically character speed and the assault stat is how quick your guys can turn around? I really like the addition of the longer more powerful weapons taking a second to raise up so making shorter weapons much more viable in close combat so having a pistol/short gun is paramount in quickly turning and clearing corners and rooms, hence why a pointman with full mobility, a good assault stat and a pistol is going to the fastest class for quickly turning twisty corners and keeping moving with their gun at the ready in tight spaces.


Blasting the hinges off with a shotty is the quickest way to breach a door, right? So during a drug bust I tend to have a shotgunner in light armour tackle most doors to keep up the pace and let the pointmen through. Will different shottys make a difference in breaching?

Is there a way to have the character set a breaching charge and have them auto detonate it the second it's ready instead of you having to press the button? Would be nice to know how to do that.

Also, would being quiet and stealthy help in drug busts? Do they only start destroying evidence when they hear that your team is nearby?

Any other tips for being quick as possible in drug busts would be helpful, thanks

As for the stealth part, in my experience, yes. Being stealthy most certainly helps in drug busts as you can get closer to the objective before they start trying to get rid of the evidence. Allowing you to gather more of the evidence and potentialy saving the mission on raids where there is not much evidence so can they burn through it very quickly.

When stealth is mandatory (dope raid), I usually use Mp5Sd5 for max noise reduction, however, I often add a team member with the silenced shotgun for quickly open doors.

If you want to go quickly, at the cost of some noise, P90-Sd. Heavy firepower.

No way for auto detonate a breaching charge after the completed placement.

I suggest to assign a go code to the charge and pause often so you could trigger the detonation when the game is paused.

For quick breaching in safe environments you may want to carry the Dynamic Hammer. Takes up inventory and doesn't allow to shoot back, but it only makes noise at the moment the door is actually open.
