Using the new feature of chaining more of the same GoCodes along a single path and keeping them together so that they can shoot over their shoulder.
The enemies are behind, like human shield behind, which is odd considering the hostages are crouched. I still think that they should be able to shoot over hostages, same with the snipers. Right now it seems like the SWAT AI just doesn't know they are not able to shoot over the hostages even though the hostages shouldn't be getting in the way since they are crouch (not sure if what I said made much sense). It's different with the Arrest Warrants, I can shoot right through the HVT and he is standing.
