Door breaching stuck
Happened twice last time; #1 when using the shotgun to breach at start, the trooper was just standing there doing nothing, #2 when using boltcutter, again the trooper responsible was just standing there. Anyone know why? Something I missed or just a minor bug?

I had the same happen on one of the missions where I needed to breach two doors at once. One trooper would move and work on one door, the other would go to the door and do nothing. Tried various combinations of breaching charges, boltcutters, shotguns, and it happened every time.

I eventually gave up and tried to better some of the other mission scores I had, the next time I played the mission with the issue again everything worked fine...

I'll start up the game real quick to check the mission name where it occurred, if it's the same one as you maybe it is a minor bug. I'll edit this post in a minute.

EDIT: It was "352 Maple Road" where it happened to me, is this the same mission where you are getting the bug?

I can't remember but it was two of single mission maps. I had to replan to get rid of the stuck. I guess it's just a bug then.

Oh yes, this is another question. I was trying to save the reply but it says windows only. I'm on MAC.

Oh yes, this is another question. I was trying to save the reply but it says windows only. I'm on MAC.

The "save replay" is not the "export to video" button.

The "save replay" create a small file (few KB) .rpl text file.

Did the troopers have a shotgun/boltcutter in their inventory? If you keep the plan, but change the troopers assigned for that plan, these situations happen. They only say "Can't do it", but the plan looks the same.

They did, because if they don't the plan will show "x"mark. The strangest was when they were just supposed to kick the door but they were stuck.

sometimes ive noticed ill have one of my shields que to open a door and its locked, they cant open locked doors. so when i have my breacher go to open it they cant because the sheild/unit is still qued to open it

Shieldman can't open locked doors, so you should plan taking account of this.

You can always pause and re plan the action.
