WANDERER: Broken Bed

I want to like it ... but (Feedback and discussion
Loved the opening, as well as the core character art
I realize it's a work in progress but as an experienced programmer I'd be ashamed to have this on a public market place with such glaring bugs

1) language
half the time the game switches to Russian even when English is selected
sometimes switching back and forth fixes it, sometimes it doesn't

2) saves
game forgets player's name on save. If you can't remember my one customization, what's the point of letting me customize it.

now we'll get to the more nuanced flaws

1) quest log
you get a singular on-screen quest that you can't change
sure you can go into the quest log option from the upper icon, but if you're working on a quest other than the ones the game picks in order, you're S.O.L.

2) People
there's so far only 3 characters \ places who seem to maintain a schedule -
Afternoon - Hero's Room
Morning / afternoon - Library
Morning / afternoon - infirmary

This is a school \ academy... so people should be maintaining schedules.
everyone should be hitting the mess hall when they have their meals
all students should be in lecture hall when their classes are happening
the guy running the place should be either in his office or touring the grounds during school hours
they tease regular bath schedules, but except for special events, it's always empty.

3) TIme
You can't eat, you can't bathe, you can't sleep
you have a 24 hour time cycle, yet the numbers show western clock 12-3-6-9
you can jump to specific hours but (per above) there's no schedule!
Do you jump to start of morning, afternoon, evening, night?
seems like to the only way to find out what's going on is to skip an hour at a time and check every single spot for changes \ items \ people and that... IS TEDIOUS or simply not fun.

Please for the love of all that is horny, give this a linear plot line - I shouldn't have random events with people on the first night, acting like they've known me for weeks.

4) Mapping
map gives the major buildings with sub-options, but you don't know where people are or where quest events are triggered, something that's pretty common in games of this genre.

5) Codex
Codex is hosed too, possibly tied to forgetting the character name - I get to the second "scene" and look at the codex only to find that there's still only 1 scene, but now it's the more recent one instead of the first one.

Per other posts seems like quests are hit-and-miss I noticed looping on the first scene and in the case of questions with the librarian, I was able to hit them repeatedly simply by walking out and back in, however after getting the "spicy" questions she promptly ghosted me, it's back to generic questions. with no indication that any further quest is going on.

As it stands, it's too frustrating to play, I won't be touching it again until it updates and hopefully that will address several of these issues.
