Toribash Assistant script

I've just completed (modulo bug fixing) an all-in-one script to assist with Toribash. It has many features including move memory (save and replay entire sequences of moves, yours or others'), on-screen joint buttons, mouseless joint control (via numpad keys), a "backup move" system, and protection against accidentally spacing your first turn.
