a common one for me in aikido is'

relax all

contract pecs

contract wrists

grabby hands

hold knees, and hold hips

I like this one because you can change it into whatever you want depending on what the opponent has done and it allows you to really have a new strategy every time you use it. You just have to be able to improvise really well and abuse your opponents mistakes. (ie: you can change your grabby hand into a fist, extend your elbow and get a decap punch)

If you are playing Tae Kwon Do, do this:
Hold all, contract abs, contract both hips, contract both knees, end frame.
It immediately kills you by splitting your self in half on the crotch.

Silliness aside, if you are not in Tae Kwon Do, which basically anything involving contraction of the hips, knees, and abs will kill yourself immediatly if done, a good way to counter the Noob Clap is this:
Hold all, extend abs, extend hips, extend ankles, contract knees, end frame.
It brings you straight down under their hands if they attempt to Noob Clap, just don't mess with your arms.
