I Call This "The Flyer"

(Note: this can only be used in free mode or a multiplayer match with each turn 60-70 frames per turn)

Step one, Extend hips, Contrace Pecs, and Grab
Step two, if in multiplayer press space once and if in free mode press space 6 or 7 times
Step three, Raise Shoulders
Step Four, Repeat Step two
Step Five, Beat him up in mid air
Step Six, Adimre your work

Arm Punch - designed to destroy Uke in Free Play; it's not very flashy, but it gets the job done in 20 frames.

Arm Punch (destroyes left arm):
Press C (Hold All)
Extend both pecs
Contract both elbows
Rotate chest left
Bend lumbar left
Contract left hip
Extend right hip
PRESS SPACE (skip 10 frames)
Contract right pec
Extend right elbow
PRESS SPACE (skip 10 frames)

Arm Punch (destroyes right arm):
Press C (Hold All)
Extend both pecs
Contract both elbows
Rotate chest right
Bend lumbar right
Contract right hip
Extend left hip
PRESS SPACE (skip 10 frames)
Contract left pec
Extend left elbow
PRESS SPACE (skip 10 frames)

Goatse,

Extend glutes,, lower shoulders, Grab.
Space till you grab your legs
Raise shoulders.

Watch you rip your ass apart.

One guy's opener (Not naming,but I will forever remember him) was grabbing the other persons head,and proceeding to (more often then not) kick the other persons' body in half...he did it against me,but I managed to dogde his kick,and instead got powerbombed into the DQ area

For Joust specifically:

Make sure everything is relaxed, then contract abs. Press space.

Do whatever you like from here.

My own signature, the Decap-plex.

To do it, follow my instructions.

Relax the hips and knees

4x Space

Hold hips and knees
Contract Pecs
Grab hands

2x space

Extend hips, ankles
Contract abs
Raise shoulders

Space until fully airborne

Contract legs
Release hands
Extend pecs

Press P

The result is a suplex that lands the opponent on their head and snaps it clean off.
