LesDuncan's Advanced Arial Kick almost always works like a charm. Here's a kick that works in Aikido. This is a modified version of The Kolorz Kick :D.

First, you keep your tori relaxed.
Then, contract left pec, turn your chest to the right, contract left elbow. Grab with your right hand
It gets tricky in this next part.
Contract your right hip. Making it lift up and kicking them.
Contract your right knee, and keep your ankle relaxed.
Extend your right buttcheek and contract your left.
Contract your left knee, extend your left ankle and extend your hip.
Bend your lumbar either to the left or the right. I wouldnt care about the abs much.
And there you have it.
The Modified Kolorz Kick.
I would extend my left knee and right knee after that to land and not disqualify. Also, raise your right shoulder and extend your right elbow.

Hopefully, this helped you. Best of luck you good sir.

Yeah. It's kind of a ballsy move. It takes some time to keep your balance after that. So...yeah.

extend right hip
