Try find a file that tells window height and width like autoconfig open it in notepad and change it

maybe you tell me why u wanna start it in windowed,not make it windowed after starting it in fullscreen

If you want to start it in windowed mod, uncheck the "Full Screen" option in graphics settings.

Sometimes when I force Window out the game glitches and I have to manually change my screen res in order to view the screen. Maybe this is similar?

It was made in a custom game engine by hampus.

Anyways, this might work :- Open the folder where Toribash is installed. There is "default.cfg" file in there, make a backup copy of it and then open it with Notepad. Press ctrl+f and find "fullscreen". Change the value to 0. If you need to change the resolution, there is height and width option somewhere at the last.
