You should have a deconstruction icon on the bottom right corner of the building panel, just click it, and allocate workers ;)

There is no destruction-button on the bottom of the panel of the building. Just a configurate and a question-mark-button.

There is a bug that makes the button invisible. It was still there in my game, you just couldn't see it. you should see the button that lets you convert a building into a warehouse or new safe house on the building panel, click in the empty spot to the right of that and it should work. it did for me.

i've reported this bug in my gameplay, but please be aware it does exist.

Played through, since it was very short, but on the right of the button was the Question-Mark-Button. I try it out, thank you!
