[IMPOSSIBLE TO BUY] Any type of transac / Xsolla's support no solution
Hello,

Two days I'm trying to buy this game "Super Early Access".
Credit card---> No pending view with my Bank. Getting my bank advisor within 3 hours is litteraly impossible due to my work hours.
ALL of the possibility of paiment are refused by Xsolla with error 1092.

I joined several times Xsolla's support on chat. They told me to erase cookies, cache, try another web broswer...which I did. They told me to test another type of paiment.... I already told them I tried ALL...

Each time, my email used for transaction is blocked for 24 to 48 hours...So I need to wait... for trying and fail again and again for same reasons...

@ Dev's: you always reply to ask Xsolla's support, but there is no solution for me with us.
Do you have one? Or else I give up bying your game?

errror 1092 should be solved by Xolla. (If you look around a bit on the net, you can find others had this issue with Xolla they logged a ticket and they fixed it for them.)

I already looked on the net for this regular problem with them, but ATM, if I don"t have a screen of a good transaction, they can't do anytihng. Whatever I choose for paiment, I have directly an error page 1092, I don't have the possibility of writing anything.

Has I said, they told me I must wait each time for one or two days, because they can't do anything... asked them four times for a solution, and they don't have one (or don't want to^^)
4 tickets opened for having nothing...
Anyway, thank for your reply, even if it didn't solve the problem :p

Their answer: You need to wait 24/48hours for retry... FFS... I can't test since 3 days

I told them AGAIN, I can't test because their system blocked me since the night of the 8th...
so I asked them to find a solution... They stopped responding.

Well... fed up with this.... So:

and no way to see me on Xsolla ever, great experience for a first visit

Yeah i worked as a Technical Analyst. They are asked to do things in a certain way and follow the steps. So as to say to start the investigation it is likely not happening.
I know i used to solve tons of issues that were solveable with my access level, whereas 60% of such issues my colleagues just escalated. (My favourite was all the person needed to do was uncheck all the checkboxes and colleagues still escalated.)
If i was working there:D I would have tried to solve your problem already likely around the third try, cuz that is when it would have landed by me:D

But sadly we can all actually look forward to experience such attitudes for the upcoming future.

At this point it's unfortunately up to Xsolla to solve the issue on their side, I wish we could do more for you.

I have a different error. In my experience Xsolla is not very customer friendly.
Wish there were a Paypal option. That never failed me.

Meh. Now managed to link google to my paypal to use google pay. Trying it now after solving the error and it doesn't see the registerd paypal and still asks for a credcard/debitcard. Xsolla really sucks.

Sorry for you too Cibo, but this is a fact:
-Dev's can't do anything with Xsolla
-Xsolla can't do anything for you

So you can do whatever else, except bying and supporting this game ( and playing it btw^^)

Join the team man. We are all pissed up about that and there is quite a good chunk of us that can't buy the game and another chunk that was able to buy the game but didin't got it.
So at least you are in a better situation than some.
