State of Survival crashing

I play on pc but it doesn't load now, it crashes on startup. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I even contacted FunPlus & they haven't responded. Does anyone have any other ideas?

impossible to buy diamonds

exp date go only 4 first months, and i need dec (12) so payment is never allowed because 4th is not the 12the month, i try 3 times, always first 4 with no scroll options to go to 12 and you cannot type with hand instead

why ids it taking c memory when i pllay

i hoped by installing it on steam that my memory thing will be solved BUT it KEEPXS takign c memory which then makes the game unplayable. uit where my windows is installed and it installs game on there too
