Sophia has been added to the calendar and has new evening scenes at office. however her office does not show on the map out of quest line

You can't access her office until you've progressed the main story to the point that you go to your landlords office for the first time. Once you've done that Sophia's office will become available.

You have to actually visit your landlords office
