I seem to be stuck, the only thing left to do is buy a vibrator to advance Ms Jane but I have no money. Thorne won't speak to me and I've maxed out the affection points for all of the main characters.

Go to the night club downtown on a Friday night and talk to everyone there. Settle complete thieves request and then proceed to his next task and you’ll have money for it

How do I unlock the nigh club? Downtown the only two choices are Thorne's office and Streets!

I ran into the same problem as you did, and what i did was i restarted and this time i did not rush and finish the tutoring session with Ms Jane. It is only after the restart and looking up a walk through online that i found out i missed the sleeping pill quest which i think needs to be done prior to the vibrator quest, and if you dont do it in a sequence it bugs and will "lock" you in. Hope this helps.
