A bullet hell that let's you pickup and throw the furniture! Throw grenades and activate shields, stun enemies, shoot and dodge enemy fire and set the floor ablaze. Buy a porcupine shotgun from the shop or try a rancid burrito!

Edge Of Dead Prologue to be retired.

Edge Of Dead Prologue will be retired from the Steam store soon. The prologue was a free game meant to introduce players to Edge Of Dead however the full game has changed quite a bit and I feel that the prologue does not represent the full game properly.

Thanks to everyone that tried out the prologue and I hope everyone will check out the full game Edge Of Dead: Under A Uranium Sky.

Fixed menu bugs.
Music now changes when all enemies are eliminated from an area.
Added adjustable reticle distance for gamepad. Available in settings/game.
Changed the way swapping from gamepad to mouse/keyboard on the fly works. Should eliminate gamepad mouse conflicts.
Reworked gamepad aim code. It is now smoother and more accurate.

game feels solid but it is extremely difficult even on normal. its hard to tell when you get hit, life seems to just vanish without even noticing something hit me 🤕

chainsaw doesn't feel great

you can't just hold it out in front of you and mow down bone spiders, which I feel kind of defeats the purpose - if it doesn't have the pain/stun effect of the original DOOM chainsaw, what good is it?

Glad to see the dash 'hup' gone. That's a relief. Also, something in the HUD near the character should show the dash cooling down, rather than just giving you a micro dash if it's not ready. Triggers need hair trigger handling and short travel distance to activation, not simple triggers we have to press halfway down to get a response. Reticle needs to go--or have option to go--farther from character. This improves the play feel from an overly close reticle like you have now, especially with aim-look be...
