The banana topper is gone

When I tried to forcefully install a banana topper during the 5-star topper bug, it disappeared underground. I went to where the banana topper was originally, but there was only an empty box. Is there any way to get it?

There is a console command as last resort to recover the Banana Topper:

Press the Tidle (~) button 5 times quickly, and type in: spawn.flatpack
Then use Tab to select Topper_Broken_Banana and hit Enter
