Press the Tidle (~) button 5 times quickly, and type in: spawn.item
Then use Tab to select FoodDisplayKey and hit Enter
The tilde key has to be pressed five times in quick succession, in order to open the command line, but we enable that so that people can get back special items that may be lost.
In your case it just sounds like one of the quest goals were skipped, namely serving the smoothie, because it cannot be "given".
When the Crafter asks for a smoothie, or anyone in the game asks for food, you have to open the truck for them, and serve them the smoothie/food through the truck window, so that they can pay you.
Objects that are not food, like the coin you should be able to give them while walking up to them. However, the Crafter won't accept the coin before you have served them the smoothie from the truck window.
The game is set up in a way that requires you to follow the goals of the quest step by step, and if unclear, the goals are noted in the journal.
Hope that helps :)
