Food Critic Hot Springs
I'm on the quest where I have to make Grandma's stir fry for the food critic at the hot springs but he isn't here. Am I missing something or is he bugged?

I ran into the same issue, I'm pretty sure I had to complete some other quests first and then he showed up or he was just at the town area- I made a ton of wrap a rounds on that map so I don't remember entirely tbh xD but he did eventually show up in one of those two places for me just forgot which one-

I’m having the same issue but for the bog area. I can’t find him at all. This is the LAST quest I have and I can’t finish it

The critic is up on a cliff at the far back of the bog. Hope that helps :)
