This is the abbreviated version of FF7 and stuff related to that game but done in a way that doesn't explain much of anything. Instead of 'CliffNotes' this is 'BiffNotes' like Biff Tanner from Back to the Future.

I couldn't force myself to play the whole thing. Just no. I'd rather go replay the original full games.

Gacha on top of FF7 because fans of the original game really begged for it apparently... ? If they had used the graphics from this game to remake the original and just release it like the fans asked then they'd have happy fans for eternity. Of course they didn't do that. Whip & ride those ponies to death then send 'em to the glue factory for $$$, ugh. Just grab the achievements before the servers shutdown.

The outfits for the characters are so incredibly well made, too bad it's wasted on this 'game'.

Terrible. First off, it's clear it's a mobile port by its godawful UI. The moment you're through with the prologue chapter you're ushered through the gacha system. I don't understand what this game is trying to be, but whatever it is, it's clear trying to part a mf from their wallet is the name of the game. It all builds to a crescendo with a popup ad begging for money. Mind you, this is before you're even truly in the game and well before you can acclimate yourself after being inundated with event popups, login bonus screens, ads for character skins, and you're still reeling from all the information the game slaps you over the head with. Then it's just GIVE ME MONEY.

Also, do we need to see the members of AVALANCHE in school uniforms? What are we doing here?

Honestly so tragic Sephiroth's origin story is behind this lame game. Sure hope they remake it later for console with added scenes and better graphics to enjoy it much better. This game is so repetitive and boring, only came back to it for the high school outfits. At least playing it is easy and you can do other stuff while playing since it's mostly just use autobattle.

Good things are the og va's and beautiful outfits, everything else just same stuff from day to day.

Gacha slop, play it if you want to pass time.

Spent hours waiting for the download and it's not downloading the rest. I'll stick to the mobile version instead.

The fact that most of the cool ass lore building in FF7 is stuck in a gacha game is painful for me. Might be appealing to some, but I can never get into gacha.

game worked once. does not want to load and play anymore. constantly crashing while trying to load. have uninstalled and reinstalled several times along with other troubleshooting with no success. Game would be fun if the issues weren't a problem. uninstalling.
