Problem loading "The Nibel Reactor" level

I could play all the chapters during the game until this one, when I select it in FFVII, chapter 4, Ep2 "The Nibel Reactor" and I press Start, the loading screen it always keep there, never can play. I have tried 8 times and nothing. I do also veryfied the "integrity files" and it doesn't help either.

Can someone help me, please?

Try complete another story level first.

I had a crash problem with a chapter, that turned out that I needed to complete other level before.

wish i could help but i when i did it it was quite awhile ago i guess maybe some recent updates accidentally broke it hopefully it gets resolved

OMG I'm having the SAME issue here, tried to play the episode in my phone and in my notebook but nothing, and already try unstalling the game and nothing. I didn't have problems with other chapters before.

(Well, I kind of feel better when I see I'm not the only one with this problem, hope they fix it fast)
