'What happened to Dirge of Cerberus?'
Wasn't that meant to be a backstory regarding Vincent and his affiliation with the Turks, as well as a history lesson on the Turks themselves?
Just curious.... Has it become an irrelevant idea?

What do you mean an irrelevant idea? It's an important part of the canon, and gets referenced in Remake as well as Crisis Core
