Christmas banner should I wait?
Is it worth to spend the crystals on the vincent banner? or should I wait to see if they release one for cloud or sephiroth?

I say wait. 2 more banners featuring Yuffie's UW should release soon. Also, Guild Battle is going to be Fire Magic, so Vincent's new weapon is not optimal.
