Stuck at Story mode screen.

Play in PC ( Steam )
I'm stuck at story mode screen, can't click anything even press "ESC" but only close the game.

In Home screen , i can roll gacha , enhance weapon , claim reward. But once i click story mode then enter chapter 1 " Flower Blooming in the slums " , all stuck there. Can't click anything

I have repair game + delete game + clear cache already also not working.

( But I can play in mobile by using same ID with no problem )

Anyone can help me solve ?

I can solve it by play in mobile until pass story mode " Flower Blooming in the slums ".

I haven't encountered this problem myself, but I think you should send an inquiry to Square Enix at the title screen of FF7EC.
