Has anything been said about plans for reruns of events?

Bummed I couldn't get Lifeguard Tifa's outfit as having her as a healer woulda been interesting.

nothing's been said, but in these types of gachas stuff usually comes back... eventally

some have gallery pictures, you can still view them even if they are locked. other than that not that i'm aware of, other than datamining.
