Building angled bridges/ramps

Is there any way to angle the road. It automatically switches to supports but was wondering if there was a way to override this.

There is a checkbox on the tool bar to select between automatic and manual deck placement. In automatic mode, when you place a material on the natural level of the deck, it will be deck (reinforced by the material). In manual mode there is another checkbox to designate deck placement, with this checked you can build decks at any angle you like (but be careful to switch it off when you want to build supports)
