Can't remember password for xgen account

Is there any sort of password recovery system for Xgen? I tried making a new account but it keeps telling me my email is already in use.

Isn't there a "Forgot Password" button you can click under the password box? Most everything that has you make an account and password has that button. After clicking that button it should let you be able to reset your password.

Open Dino Run DX, go to Multiplayer and under the password box there should be a "Forgot Password" button.

Ahh I see there is no "Forgot Password" button, weird. Okay. Go through your computer's history and type Xgen. By computer history I mean like, go to your browsers history of the places you've been. Like YouTube, Reddit and other stuff. On their website there should be a "Forgot Password" button under the password box.

Honestly, I tried looking for a way to login. I can't even find that on the main website.

Wow not even on their website's page you can find where to even log in! Anyway I think I found that page you're looking for: http://forums.xgenstudios.com/login.php?do=login read what it says.

Hang on, click that link and up in the top right corner you'll see a log in box. Enter any text and it doesn't have to be right. There it will says you got it wrong and will have a little sentence saying you forgot your password and click a link.

I JUST did that, and it make me enter my email and answer the question, but NOW it's saying that the email I entered isn't valid, which is complete bull****, as I'm looking at the old email verification link from xgen in my email RIGHT THIS SECOND.
