Yes, I am, guess that explains my issue, I've uninstalled the game for now but I'll reinstall it once you guys issue a fix (Hopefully soon :D) No need to refund or anything, you guys deserve the support anyways.

Try the game now - we recompiled it using the most recent version of our engine and *hopefully* that should work. If not, I'm not sure what else to do.

Not getting any music on the levels for some reason. The sound effetcs are all playing fine but no music whatsoever.

1. When I play speed runs and fail, it takes me back to main menu and if I click just "start racing" it will start the normal challenge mode. I have to go everytime to select it manually again. Straigt up "space = instant retry" would be cool

Ah, a thousand thanks for clarifying that I didn't realize that at all, how stupid of me I was just thinking that they would appear right under my nose while I do nothing, just walk to me with their own feet and declare to me "Here we are, grab us, the developer was so kind that he programmed us to walk straight to you so you wouldn't have to look for us, what a cliche and fool's work to put in hidden things for players to find!"

In another news, there was absolutely no joking involved in my post, that's why I used censored swear words, upper case letters, provokative style and blaming a bug about a thing I suck at (which is not at all a well-known gaming joke) to emphasize that I am absolutely serious about there being a bug in this matter.

For some reason, I can't log into my dino run account. It flashes the log button for a few seconds, then I got the disconnect message. I click on the re-connect button, and got a giltch chat room. Is there any way to fix this?

So I just got a copy, and I can't run it at all. I just get an error from Adobe Air saying "the required native extension is missing for this applicatoin. Try re-installing or contacting the publisher for assistance."

I've tried reinstalling already.

The arrows to change your hat on the title screen doesn't work

When I try to start DinoRun DX nothing happens. I'm using the steam version. Re-installing didn't help.

I see Dino Run DX in task manager for a few second when I try to start it up, other than that I get nothing.

At this point if the game doesn't work on your machine, it's best to get a refund. There is no more support for the engine we are using (flash) and all effort has gone into Dino Run 2 these days (Unity).
