Cars turned invisible

Title mostly, changed car in the garage and it loaded in as just the car shadow, this then effected every car. Tried restarting the game, changing graphics settings, uninstalling and redownloading, clearing and deleting shader cache, nothing worked. On the current 596.49 nvidia drivers. Only took an hour for it to happen and appears to be permanent, heres a video of someone else with the same issue.

anyone else having this issue, fixed it by swapping the character clothes around and changing cars it immediately fixed it, i think the pleated skirt is bugged goofy style

Exactly!! Thank you! It affects the Xbox version as well.
