Optional Tasks

So one thing I have found after playing the first three missions, is it is hard to figure out what some of the "optional" tasks are. Some are obvious after assessing the scene, but some are hard to figure out, even for a real life firefighter like myself. Nothing in the tutorial helps with this either, so some sort of guide or some sort of in game "Hints" may be helpful to try to help you figure out what it is expecting of you...

The most annoying optional task is to bring the ?group leader? a cup of coffee that is placed somewhere in the level. This has to be done in every mission. It is not necessary for 100%. If you are missing 1 optional task it is most likely this.
