where do i get games that are removed from steam?

i love this game and i would love to play it again but i cant find it on steam and i am sure that there are other games that people want to play but cant find on steam i would like to know where can i find and buy game that are not up on steam as the title says so if any one knows where i can get them please comment so this post can help others that are in the same position (i'm new to pc gaming and again thank you)
