Shortcut Genius achievement?

Could somebody please let me know how to get this one? I'm holding off on finishing the game because I don't want to miss my chance for it.

chapter 3 don't pay any of the guards to open gates, so just basically do anything but do that, don't know if entering whatcha callit space, forget the actual name where you've got 1 minute to traverse counts, probably not due to the achievement name and its probably a necessity to do so. IE take the shortcuts and know where you're going.

I've tried using the disorder a couple of times, but there doesn't seem to be exit points that allow skipping the guards. I've also tried searching for hidden entrances, and those are always blocked by a gate once you actually find them.

Four of the gates can only be reached via the disorder, there are hidden paths within certain rooms. There's a well hidden map of the disorder somewhere in the world, if you can find it make a note of it. The rooms with squares on them are the ones hiding the hidden paths.

The fifth bell can be reached by going through Utopioca. You'll need to have spoken to the yoga master and gained his power if you don't want to get kicked out though.

The final bell isn't guarded, you just have to have rung the other five. Speaking to the guy in front of it doesn't count 'cause you don't pay him.
