Since finishing this game I have been suffering from not being able to find another game with controls as wonderfully good as the ones in this game. Every platformer I have tried playing since then now just feels like a laggy sluggish mess compared to this game. What do I do?...

I'm looking for Steam games similar to Knytt Underground. What I like most about this game is the fact that it's an open world platformer with a focus on exploration and no/minimal combat. I do. The same dev who made this made that game as well, released in 2006, as a free download. Remember playing it on a broken Vista laptop back in like 2010, I got it off a demo disc. Just wondering if anyone else here played it. Would've loved to see it on Steam but alas....

Anyone tried this with a controller? What are the keyboard keys used for the game? Do you have to use the mouse for anything?
