I can't drag anything around in the frame editor.

Whenever i go to move anything in the frame editor it's stuck and won't move, I don't have any layers or objects locked. Can anyone help?

If your assumption is right and this is an issue only with a specific project, then the problem is usually related to this individual project(specific settings in your project file/rare corruption issue in the project).
If this is generally a problem with any project, then it has potentially something to do with system conflicts/file corruption in program files.
If you can't solve this, send me the problem file directly if you want and I could mention here later what the problem was - if the solution might be relevant for other people though.

I turned my computer off and back on, and it fixed the issue.

I see.
So something was simply freezing the window of Clickteam Fusion 2.5.
If this is going to happen ever again, you could also restart the explorer.exe process.
