Encountered a sharing violation while accessing [Game file location]

As the title suggested, I am not sure what is going on with this game engine where I build an application, then it puts up this error. I look and the game is not built and I suspect deleted by Windows Defender.

Follow up: A buddy of mine downloaded the file and said a Trojan is found with Wacatac.B!ml coming from the file. I keep seeing that this is a 'false positive' but that doesn't explain anything about what is going on.
