But such details aside, I'm going to take some stabs in the dark.
On your walking animation sequence, for every direction the object can face, is the lower speed and higher speed the same number and also above zero?
Is repeat set to zero, or a different number?
Is back to set to 1, or a different number?
Try making your low and high speeds the same number above zero, maybe say 20. Make sure repeat is set to zero, and back is set to 1. Then use the play button in the animation editor to confirm that it is working.
If the animation plays and loops fine in the editor, but still does not loop when the application is run, then there is an event or other issue.
How are you moving the object? Are you using a movement type such as Race Car, Eight Directions, or Platform? Are you using a different object like PMO (Platform Movement Object)? Or are you handling the movement entirely with events?
If you're using a movement type, fusion will change the speed and state at which the objects walking animation animates based on its speed and movement during runtime.
